Cancellation Policy  |

Generally speaking,If you made a reservation in our hotel ,we will keep your room until 18:00pm of your booked date without tell us by Email,if you said to us
specially
,then we will keep your room until you arrived.
You may cancel your reservation in writing to us by Email up to 24 hours before
you booked date
with no charge,or you can charge the arrived date by telling me by Email before 24 hours without no charge.
In case no cancellation is made, it will be regarded as a no-show and you will be charged in full.
